Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Representative who is driven, client-focused, and growth-oriented. This role is responsible for generating new business, servicing existing clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions across personal and commercial lines.
This is an opportunity to build a long-term book of business, increase income through performance, and play a key role in a fast-growing agency focused on impact and financial empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial)
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide customized coverage solutions
- Educate clients on risk management and financial protection strategies
- Cross-sell and upsell across multiple product lines
- Maintain and grow a personal book of business
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Deliver exceptional client service to drive retention and referrals
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- 1–3+ years of insurance sales or related experience preferred
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with CRM systems (EZLynx or similar is a plus)
